VICTIM (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of domestic violence)
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 1/27/2018, at approximately 2038 hours, Vermont State Troopers responded to a residence on Brook Road in the town of Newark, VT for a report of a male threatening people with a pistol. Investigation revealed Don Dresser (37) threatened Donna Gray (46) as well as a member of his residence with a pistol before firing it multiple times into the air. Dresser was taken into custody on charges of 1st degree aggravated assault and 1st degree aggravated domestic assault. Dresser was lodged for lack of $25,000 bail.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
