INCIDENT LOCATION: I-91 north, mile marker 36, Rockingham, VT
VIOLATION: Trafficking Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Importation of Heroin into Vermont, Possession of a Weapon While Committing a Felony.
ACCUSED: Randy Hook
AGE: 44
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Hartland, VT
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 4/12/18, at approximately 1715 hours, Troopers with the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91, near mile marker 37 in the Town of Rockingham, VT. During the course of the stop, Trooper's developed probable cause of criminal activity. During a consensual search of the vehicle, Trooper's located 280 bags of heroin. As a result, Randy Hook, 44, of Hartland, VT was arrested and processed for the abovementioned offenses.
He was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
