Details: Don Banks, a 41 year old St. Albans man allegedly mistook the sound of fireworks for gunfire and opened fire inside an exterior restroom." He is now facing a federal charge of unlawful weapon possession and a state charge of reckless endangerment, for firing through the opened bathroom door. According to WCAX, "Banks allegedly shot an employee's car, his own rental car, the pavement and even grazed his own leg." Police state there was no evidence of fireworks. WCAX also states, "Banks did not show up in court Monday to answer to charges of reckless endangerment. Police are pursuing an arrest warrant." |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
