Details: William Burnett, 62, of Bolton, pulled a gun on another man during a road rage incident on I-89. The two drivers were stopped in the southbound lane between exits 11 and 12 on I-89 in Richmond, No shots were fired, but police cited Burnett for disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
