Details: A Newport man was robbed at gunpoint by a known associate (with an extensive criminal history) around 4am on 11/22/18. According to WCAX: "Putvain also has three active warrants and has been wanted since June."
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
