Details: A SECOND-HOMEOWNER from Connecticut, shot and killed Roberto Fonseca-Rivera, 44, of Boston in 2019.
Rivera had pled guilty to cocaine trafficking 2 years earlier.
Circumstantial evidence such as the suspect stating he did not have firearms in his vehicle, even though a magnetic holster was found in the truck by law enforcement investigators.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
