Details: Police arrested Torruellas while driving in Brattleboro. A .38 caliber pistol was discovered. Torruellas is a prohibited person due to a 2016 federal felony conviction in New Jersey for possessing a firearm as a prohibited person. Torruellas was caught while skipping out-of-state from his supervised release in New Jersey.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
