Details: A 34 year-old Philadelphia, Pennsylvania drug dealer was arrested on federal charges linked to a homicide in Cambridge. Taylor Ruffin Herrington, AKA “Tee,” 34, shot and killed Michael P. Haines, 39, over drugs. Originally charged on carrying and using a firearm during a drug trafficking crime and conspiracy to distribute heroin, the feds are now seeking the death penalty in the case.
