Details: Leland Martin, 35, of Shrewsbury, purchased two Glock handguns from Seiple’s Shoot Shop on May 20, 2020. Martin falsely filled out form 4473, as he was NOT buying them for himself, but was buying them for a Holyoke, Massachusetts, drug dealer. Martin returned to the shop a month later and attempted to buy two more handguns. The dealer refused the sale. Martin was sentenced to 366 days, One of the firearms was recovered only 2 days after purchase in Massachusetts. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
