Details: Two Massachusetts felons were arrested when a stolen Vermont firearm was found in their vehicle. One was on parole, the other out on bail when they were arrested during a traffic stop in Massachusetts.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
