Details: Conrad Labor, 38, stole a car and entered a home in Derby locking himself in the bathroom. An armed homeowner kept the man detained until the Vermont State Police arrived on the scene.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
