Details: Monday, November 30, a shooting in the parking lot of Waterfront Plaza in Newport, happened before noon.
The victim, Donta Flowers, Sr., 44, from Hartford, CT, was shot in the leg.
Police chased the fleeing car, arresting two suspects, but the suspected shooter, Jaquan Flintroy, 26, of Hartford CT, is still being sought by police.

"Gun violence" in Vermont is being caused by out-of-state people running drugs in Vermont.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
