SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On August 21st 2021 at 2327 hours, members of the Vermont State Police received the report of a disturbance at a party at a residence on Montgomery Road in the town of Berkshire. The complainant, identified as Stewart Arbuckle, advised there was a party going on at his residence and he had just been in a dispute with several individuals who were refusing to leave. Upon their arrival, Troopers observed a male, later identified as Arbuckle, exit the residence in question and fire several rounds from a handgun into the air near a crowd of individuals who were gathered in the driveway of the residence in question. A short time later, Arbuckle was taken into custody without further incident. Ultimately, Arbuckle was issued a flash citation to appear before the Franklin County District Court on August 23rd 2021 at 1100 hours in order to face the aforementioned charge.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
