Details: CASE#: 21A203237 DATE/TIME: August 21st 2021 at 2327 Hours STREET: Montgomery Road TOWN: Berkshire ACCUSED: Stewart Arbuckle AGE: 31 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Berkshire, Vermont VICTIM: Multiple Individuals Present at the Residence SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 21st 2021 at 2327 hours, members of the Vermont State Police received the report of a disturbance at a party at a residence on Montgomery Road in the town of Berkshire. The complainant, identified as Stewart Arbuckle, advised there was a party going on at his residence and he had just been in a dispute with several individuals who were refusing to leave. Upon their arrival, Troopers observed a male, later identified as Arbuckle, exit the residence in question and fire several rounds from a handgun into the air near a crowd of individuals who were gathered in the driveway of the residence in question. A short time later, Arbuckle was taken into custody without further incident. Ultimately, Arbuckle was issued a flash citation to appear before the Franklin County District Court on August 23rd 2021 at 1100 hours in order to face the aforementioned charge. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
