Details: Approximately FIVE shots were fired during an argument in the University Mall parking lot in South Burlington. No one was harmed. Police know who the men were, but the media did not release a description of the shooter even though he is concidered "armed and dangerous!"
Police finally released the photo of Hieheem Kirkland who is wanted for attempted first-degree murder.
Court documents show an eyewitness stated “seeing a Black man shooting a handgun coming out of the tree line (therefore, lying in wait for the victim), while wearing a face mask and being dressed all in black,”
Court documents also reveal that Kirkland has a large criminal history including six arrests, with five convictions (two were felony convictions), and seventeen (17) misdemeanor arrests (ten convictions)!,
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
