Details: The intersection of East Spring and Barlow streets was the center of a road rage incident where a black man wearing "black sweatpants and a white and black patterned shirt" opened fire on another motorist. Shell casings were found at the scene but no one was reported injured.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
