| Details: The intersection of East Spring and Barlow streets was the center of a road rage incident where a black man wearing "black sweatpants and a white and black patterned shirt" opened fire on another motorist. Shell casings were found at the scene but no one was reported injured. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
