Details: Stolen Vermont firearm was recovered in Massachusetts by use of the "ShotSpotter" system. Justin Stack, 33. of Springfield, MA, was arrested after discharging the stolen firearm in Springfield, MA. He was charged with his THIRD firearm possession offense and 3 counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
