Details: Another instance of shots being fired from car to car in Vermont. Since nothing was reported to police, one can continue to speculate as to the increasing amount of criminal gun use by out of state drug dealers.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
