Details: Jose Louis Cruz-Rivera, 21, of Burlington, tried to open a car door of known associates. When he failed, he smashed the window with a firearm. He was arrested trying to flee the scene. The firearm was not fired.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
