TWO COMPANION BILLS H.206 & H.207

This is what we have been warning gun owners about for years!
Marijuana is a Schedule 1 prohibited drug on the federal level. Its use is grounds for the prohibition of firearms ownership. READ the new Form 4473 at the gun shop, it SPECIFICALLY STATES the prohibition on marijuana users.
When you fill out your "Marijuana License Application" you grant permission for the State of Vermont to RUN A FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK ON YOU!
The instant they do this you have just admitted to the federal government that you are a USER OF AN ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE THAT BARS YOU FROM FIREARMS OWNERSHIP FOREVER!
This bill is sponsored by only anti-gun politicians. This bill needs to be stopped before Veterans get entrapped while trying to "do the right thing" and get help for PTSD!
