Additional Comments: from: Randy Brock (randy@randybrock.com) to: GunOwnersofVermont@gmail.com date: Sun, Dec 27, 2015 at 7:43 PM subject: My Position on the Second Amendment Hi Bob: Dan Feliciano mentioned that you were interested in my thoughts on the Second Amendment. I support it and I support Article 16 of the Vermont Constitution, which is even clearer. I am a long-time NRA member and own a number of firearms myself, including the M1911A1 (purchased privately) that I carried many years ago as a Military Police Officer. I was last rated at 93% for my positions on gun rights by the NRA in the 2012 campaign. In a nutshell, I believe that Vermont’s gun laws are fine as they are. Hope that provides the clarity you’re looking for. Let me know if you have questions or concerns. Regards, Randy |
